Tax season is coming and the books aren't ready
You inherited someone else's bookkeeping mess

How catch-up works.
Catch-up bookkeeping records and reconciles the months that were missed. Cleanup corrects months that were recorded but are wrong. Many files need some of both — the free assessment sorts out which.
The process
- Find the last month that truly reconciled
- Work forward month by month, reconciling each one to the statement
- Correct historical errors and opening balances along the way
- Hand off a summary of every correction
What you'll typically need
Access to your QuickBooks file and the bank and credit card statements for the months being caught up. If statements are missing, we'll talk about that during the assessment.

Common questions
What's the difference between catch-up bookkeeping and cleanup?
Catch-up fills in and reconciles months that were never done. Cleanup fixes months that were done but contain errors. Many projects include both.
How far behind can you catch up?
Several months of errors fit a Multi-Month Correction. Long-neglected books are handled as a Historical Cleanup, quoted after the free assessment.
How is catch-up bookkeeping priced?
Multi-Month Corrections start at $500. Historical Cleanups are custom-quoted. You get a fixed quote before any work begins.
Will this disrupt my current books?
The goal is careful, documented cleanup without disrupting your current books.
